Step 1. Check your time and location settings:
Select the Start => Settings => Time & Language => Date & time.Verify your time settings and select Region to check your location.These settings need to show your current location and time zone.
Step 2. Make sure your Windows has the latest update:
Select the Start => Settings => Update&Security => Windows Update => Check for Updates
Step 3. Run the troubleshooter:
Select the Start => Settings => Update & Security => Troubleshoot and then from the list select Windows Store apps => Run the troubleshooter.
Step 4. Clear the Microsoft Store cache regularly.
The issue may be due to the Microsoft Store cache reaching its capacity. To clear the cache, type wsreset in the search box on the taskbar and press Enter. After the cache is cleared, Microsoft Store will automatically open again.
Step 5. Uninstall and Reinstall the Store app.
